Terms of Service

By accessing or using OpsOracle AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by Nanoneuron Services, a registered trade name based in Nashik, Maharashtra, India ("we," "us," or "Company").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free accounts and paid subscribers.

OpsOracle AI provides cloud-based AI-powered operations intelligence, including:

• Upload and AI analysis of operations reports (CSV, Excel formats)
• Tax notice analysis across 8 jurisdictions (India GST, US IRS, UK HMRC, Australia ATO, Canada CRA, Singapore IRAS, South Africa SARS, UAE FTA)
• Vertical AI tools: COIShield (insurance certificate compliance), FreightGuard (carrier packet verification), ClaimRecovery (insurance denial appeal generation)
• AI-generated risk scores, recommendations, and operational insights
• CA Letter generation and tax correspondence drafting

To access the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address, company name, and secure password. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Keep your password confidential and not share your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

Each email address may only be registered once. We reserve the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Upload malicious files, malware, or content designed to compromise our systems
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service or its AI models
• Use the Service to process data you do not have rights to
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use automated scripts to abuse the Service (beyond our published API)
• Upload content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

Accounts found in violation may be suspended or permanently banned without refund.

OpsOracle AI generates insights, risk assessments, tax analysis, appeal letters, and recommendations using artificial intelligence models (including Anthropic Claude, Groq, and OpenAI). You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are for informational and decision-support purposes only
• AI outputs do not constitute legal, tax, financial, medical, or professional advice
• You must have outputs reviewed by qualified professionals before acting on them
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose
• ClaimRecovery appeal letters must be reviewed and approved by your billing specialist before submission

You assume full responsibility for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

OpsOracle AI offers a 14-day free Pro trial upon registration, followed by paid subscription plans. Payment terms:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Indian users are billed in INR via Razorpay or bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/UPI)
• International users may use available payment methods as displayed at checkout
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods
• Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle

Prices are displayed on the Pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By uploading documents and data to OpsOracle AI, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell your data, use it to train AI models, or share it with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service, including all software, UI design, AI models, and brand assets, is owned by Nanoneuron Services and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You retain all rights to the data and documents you upload. AI-generated outputs produced from your data are yours to use for your business purposes, subject to these Terms.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades, or due to factors outside our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from Service downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nanoneuron Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or our Privacy Policy, but will delete your account data upon request within 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
